Zhala Rahman Aliyeva was born on May 30, 1979 in Baku. She entered in 1998 and graduated from the Azerbaijan State Economic University in 2004. Since 2017, she has been working at the Institute of Economics of ANAS as a scientist. Since 2013 he has been working as a teacher at the Azerbaijan University. She is the author of about 40 articles and theses (3 of them abroad).
